please see my emails......Killebrew STILL not in my lineup vsR. I sent an email this morning that he didn't play in the first 7 games....now he didn't play in the next 7 either.
the manager files showed the correct lineup, but for some reason Demeter is playing 1b against Righties (he should only be playing vsL and at a diff position altogether)
definitely want my top player (45 HR's in '63) playing.
also....I'm not seeing my 5th starter (Ron Taylor) in my stats....or most of my relievers (Larsen, Calmus)

Paul, I never got the morning email. I responded to the evening one as soon as I received it. More info will follow but I will make an allowance for Killebrew by carding him at 1B-5 for this season and next, but PLEASE REMIND ME at the beginning of next season!!!!! Old age and all, don't trust myself ;-)

Sounds good. We'll just tell the Phoenix fans that he was on a world tour promoting the game.....who knows someday we may even have players from Japan playing in the majors. He's helping make our national pastime a worldwide game. With the influx of South American and Central American players these days (1960s) it only makes sense to reach out to Japan, Taiwan, etc..... Who knows, maybe 10 years from 1963 a kid named Ichiro will be born who can flat out hit.....and wouldn't we want him to play in the best league possible?
