I could see it too, IF he had 18 guys he was keeping. But if he's only keeping 17, he may as well keep Bunker (very good in 68, definitely be used in 65). You may want to tell him that if he keeps only 17 he gets an extra pick. BUT it's at the end of the draft and will be a very low-level player.
