League Structure:
- Each night will be 1 week of the season. 156 Games.
- 1 Division of 14 teams.
- 156 game balanced schedule (12 games against each team).
- Manager settings will be due by 5PM for that evenings games and will be submitted by sending the computer game CM file (.MGR) to the commissioner.
- NON-unique stadiums
Player Pool:
- 1948 MLB - all teams, the two teams not selected in round one will be removed from the league
- Batters with less than 50 AB's are INELIGIBLE
- Pitchers with less than 25 IP's are INELIGIBLE
- NO usage limitations for eligible ABs or IPs. Minimums based on AB/IP are defined for season eligibility
- Players that play for multiple teams in one year in the same league are carded once by SOM, we will use the full year card for that type of player. Players that play for multiple teams in one year in both leagues are carded for each team by SOM (no full season card), we will use the card with the most ABs/IPs for that player from a single team.

Draft Structure:
- Draft Pool - All of the 1948 teams will be put into the draft pool
- 6 rounds, serpentine, draft order determined by a random # generator
- Round 1 - each manager picks a team and selects the 5 players from that team that they want to keep. At the end of the round, each manager announces the selected players, and all of the teams go back into the draft pool (minus the 5 players).
- The remaining 2 teams that were not selected in round 1 will be removed from the draft pool.
- Round 2 - each manager picks a team and selects the 6 players from that team that they want to keep. At the end of the round, each manager announces the selected players, and all of the teams go back into the draft pool (minus the 11 players from the 1st 2 rounds).
- Round 3 - each manager picks a team and selects the 7 players from that team that they want to keep. At the end of the round, each manager announces the selected players, and all of the teams go back into the draft pool (minus the 18 players from the 1st 3 rounds).
- Round 4 - each manager picks a team and selects the 6 players from that team that they want to keep to complete their 24 man roster.
- Supplemental Rounds 5 and 6 (optional) - All remaining un-selected players from the 14 teams picked in round 1 will be made available for drafting to round out each teams roster. A player will need to be cut after after each supplemental pick keep the roster size at 24.
- Stadiums will be selected from one of the 4 teams that you drafted. Multiple teams can use the same stadium.
Trading:
- No trades during the draft at any time, trading can being once the final round has been drafted and all teams have 25 players.
- No trades once the final league file is posted for CM creation or during the season.
- All teams must maintain a roster of 24 players at all times.
- You can only trade one player from each group of players that you select in round 1, 2, and 3 of the draft. Unlimited trading of players selected in round 4 and later.

This game will be considered a "regular season" game, fatigue and injuries from the season will remain in place. The tiebreaker levels will be head to head record, then head to head run differential, then a coin flip.
