The manager spreadsheets are ready and attached here:1960sPostDraftManagerFiles.zip (584.12 KB)
If you have any problems with the spreadsheet let me know.
You will notice some additions:
Pinch hitting and pinch running
A new tab for "Pinch" runner and hitters. You can list the pecking order vs RHP, LHP, rev RHP, and rec LHP, up to 10 for each. HAL 'should' select PH's based on the 4 lists. There is also a pecking order for Pinch Running on the same tab.
Basic and Advanced Lineups
There are more lineup choices now, this may be a little confusing, so lets talk it through!
Basic - Lineups 1 and 2 - L/R only with NO BAL considerations
Use Lineups 1 and 2 (#1 VERSUS ALL LEFTY, #2 VERSUS ALL RIGHTY) if you are not changing you lineup based on the BAL rating of the opposing pitcher. These will override all other lineups. If you want to use Advanced, leave these blank! These are 9L-9R.
Advanced - Lineups 3 through 10 - L/R with BAL considerations. If you fill in 1 and 2, these will be ignored.
#3 VERSUS STANDARD LEFTY (4L-E)
#5 VERSUS EXTREME LEFTY (9L-5L)
#7 VERSUS STANDARD REVERSE LEFTY (1R-4R)
#9 VERSUS EXTREME REVERSE LEFTY (5R-9R)
#4 VERSUS STANDARD RIGHTY(E-4R)
#6 VERSUS EXTREME RIGHTY(5R-9R)
#8 VERSUS STANDARD REVERSE RIGHTY(4L-1L)
#10 VERSUS EXTREME REVERSE RIGHTY(9L-5L)
In a nutshell, 1 and 2 are used if you only use 2 lineups base on the pitcher being L or R. 3-10 are used if you want the extra level of control, for example, to start different hitters vs a 1L and a 5L.
