PLEASE respond to this survey1961 was the start of 162 game schedules. We can move to 2 divisions with balanced games against each team in the division and fewer but balanced games out of the division, or we can move to a slightly imbalanced schedule with 1 division. This is also an opportunity to change the playoff structure if we get buy in from all of the managers. What do you think?

I like 2 divisions based on geography, 6 play-off teams and balance inside (18 games) and outside (12 games) division schedule.

If we go to 2 divisions, that is fine with me.
BUT..... I am VERY against having 6 playoff teams. That's 1/2 our league in the playoffs. I'd rather keep the integrity/value of the regular season and continue to only have 4 playoff teams.

The playoff format is:
1st and 2nd from each division play each other in the 1st round. The winners of the Divisional Playoff meet in the World Series. Both rounds are best of 7 with the 1 seed having home field advantage in the 1st round. If a 1 seed and 2 seed advance, the 1 seed gets home field in the Series. If same seeds advance, it goes to best 162 game record, followed by head to head with the Series opponent.
