The Champions League is a double elimination tournament of the champions and runners up for each year of our 50's Decade Keeper League. For seeding the 20 team tournament, round robin pool play will be held separating the champions into one division and the runner ups into a second division. The champions will compete for the 1-10 seeds and the runner ups will compete for the 11-20 seed during pool play.

The Lookouts pitching picked the most important games of the entire tournament to dominate, spinning back to back complete game shutouts on the arms of Joe Dobson and Vic Raschi. Dobson allowed 6 hits and struck out 6 in an 8-0 game 6 victory. In game 7, Raschi secured the title with a 3 hit shutout on the way to a Lookouts 6-0 win. Amazingly the Lookouts were 16-38 in pool play, turning it around with a record of 21-13 when it really counted in the playoffs, ending up with an overall record of 37-51.
